1）We will provide the customer with formal documents with an instruction book with installation, operation, maintenance, so to ensure a guarantee for training persons. Perform on-spot installation at customers’ sites.
2) One-year warranty after equipment installation, inspection, and acceptance. Free repair and maintenance for all non-human caused damages.
3)After the warranty period, we will long-term provide our customer with spare parts at cost price, lifetime repair, and maintenance on spare parts and hardware. For any damage related to products quality, we will repair and make a replacement free of charge. For any other damage, paid repair guarantee and replacement are available.
