What affects cleaning effect
1)The type of cleaning fluid. when using an ultrasound machine for cleaning, the cleaning fluid has solvent or water-based.
Selection is crucial for acceptable cleaning activity and to preclude undesirable reactivity with the part being cleaned.
2)The ultrasonic power: the ultrasonic power is higher, then the cavitations effect will be stronger, it’s affects cleaning results.
3)The Temperature: Usually, Ultrasonic cavitations are at 30-40 ℃, cleaning effect reaches the best situation. And most cleaning solutions are designed to work best at an elevated temperature. Usually, within the 50℃to 65 ℃ The best way to find the best temperature for the fastest, cleanest and safest cleaning results, is to run the test. Following the cleaning object adjust the heating temperature.
4)The position of the cleaning object: the closer to the transducer, the cleaning more effect, and precision.
5)Frequency, The ideal cleaning frequency is determined by what is going to be cleaned. that means the higher the frequency, the more capable it is to remove smaller generally, the lower frequency is preferred for large massive parts or parts that are more densely packed
6)The properties of cleaning objects. when cleaning objects such as rubber, fabric, because of object absorption sound, then the cleaning effect is bad. But cleaning objects such as metal, grass which has reflected for ultrasound, the cleaning effect is fast, precise, and thorough.
