ultrasonic cleaner basket is used with the industrial ultrasonic cleaner.

Ultrasonic cleaning is based on the cavitation effect caused by high-frequency ultrasonic wave vibration signal in the fluid. Microscopic bubbles are formed, and they implode violently causing cavitation which creates an intense scrubbing action on the surface of the item being cleaned. The bubbles are small enough to penetrate microscopic crevices, cleaning them thoroughly and consistently.

Ultrasound use cavitations for precision cleaning. Cavitations form when ultrasonic traves through liquid when a sound wave travels through water, it stretches and compresses the water medium to transmit sound. when the amplitude of such sound wave increases to a level when water can’t hold the stretch, the sound literally tears the water parts, and millions of vacuumed bubbles are formed under such negative pressure.

When the ultrasonic cleaning process work, the object must not be placed on the tank bottom, insert baskets to avoid scratching either the parts to be cleaned or the tank bottom.
